In both middle and high school, I competed in the VEX Robotics Competition from 2016-2021. In this experience I developed many skills, including CAD, mechanical design, programming (C/C++), and even networking. I was able to collect 30+ awards, win 3 state championships, and build an international network between teams. My years spent tinkering and successfully competing in VEX set me up for a successful education at Purdue as I continued on to the field of robotics.
